Looking for some quick and easy crafts to do with little kids for Thanksgiving? This website has collected some great ideas.
With all the extra hungry people around, Thanksgiving is a great time to make the “grownup” foods you enjoy.
Here’s a post with the most popular Thanksgiving recipes on Pinterest:
Caramelized brussels sprouts (recipe)
Honey butter pumpkin dinner rolls (recipe)
Sweet potato pie (recipe)
Turkey conecakes (recipe) — ok this one is for the kids, but look how cute!!!
Thanksgiving: it’s a time for reflection, giving thanks, and eating! As your bellies are full, and your kids are watching the first of many Christmas specials, think through these questions and meditate on the scripture and talk to God. Let him know what you’re thankful for!
What are you thankful for today?
What’s easy to be thankful for? What’s harder to be thankful for?
What blessings did you not expect to find – but are thankful to have received?
Give thanks to the Lord and proclaim His greatness.
Let the whole world know what He has done.
Sing to Him; yes, sing His praises.
Tell everyone about His wonderful deeds.
Let the whole earth sing to the Lord!
Each day proclaim the good news that He saves.
Publish His glorious deeds among the nations.
Tell everyone about the amazing things He does.
1 Chronicles 16:8-9, 23-24

Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.
