Get help from a partner and measure the cord to wrap around your wrist 3 times. Cut the cord.
Slide one star to the center of the cord.
Tie one small knot on each side of the star.
Add stars to either side of the center star. Tie a knot to secure them.
Wrap bracelet around wrist with stars on top (a). Tighten the cord until it fits around your wrist the way you like it. This will determine the location of the first sliding knot (b). Use pictures for approximate location.
Using the location you’ve determined for the first knot (a), wrap one strand around the other strand (b) 2 times. You will make two loops (c).
Bring the end of the strand around and through the tunnel of the two loops you have made (a). Pull to create the sliding knot (b).
Try on bracelet and tighten to the size you desire. This will determine where the second knot should go. Picture shows approximate location of the second knot.
Using the location you’ve determined for the second knot, wrap the strand of one side around the strand on the other side 2 times. You will make two loops.
Bring the end of the strand around and through the tunnel of the two loops that you made (a). Pull to create the sliding knot (b).
If the bracelet is too loose or too tight, we can unknot the second knot to adjust to correct size. Once it fits, the ends can be trimmed and TA-DA! You’re done!!!
