January 20 -Light in Dark Places

starryeyednewsletterHey there, Hopeful Heroines! January is known for the winter blues, but what happens if the blues follow you into the rest of your year? Depression is a hope stealer, so we’re going to shine some light into the darkness this week with our speaker, Beth, who will tell us about her lifelong relationship with depression and how she got her hope back.

Reminders:

  • Brunch is being provided by the Orion Gold and Little Dipper Purple tables.

  • Count the change you’ve saved in your RACE for the Orphans jar so we can estimate our level of sponsorship. You don’t need to bring the change yet, just count how much you’ve got so far!

  • It’s time to restock the Moppets pantry! Please bring a peanut-free snack to share, such as Cheerios, animal crackers, etc.
